Health coaching is a personalised approach to improving your overall health and wellbeing. It focuses on addressing your individual needs and lifestyle factors that impact your health. Through behaviour change, support, goal setting, and accountability, health coaching supports you in creating long-lasting changes to your health routines, alongside the obstacles or difficulties you may face. What you should expect from health coaching: Health coaching provides a safe and private space for you to discuss your health history and lifestyle. Together, we will assess your current state, set achievable goals, and work on developing new habits for better health and wellbeing. This includes focusing on diet, sleep, stress management, exercise, and relaxation techniques. With guidance and encouragement, you can expect to make the positive changes you want towards a healthier lifestyle. You don’t need to wait for the ‘perfect time’ to start, you just need to be ready to get going.
